Private space in Bentonville with a forest view!

This suite is the separate and private full bottom level of a two-story family home.

Situated in a serene, wooded setting, the space offers privacy while conveniently close to downtown Bentonville, trails, and the I49.

There is no access to the main house from the bottom level; the space is accessible via a keypad lock through the private screened-in patio.

The suite has pleasant forest views and is the ideal space to chill. The bar and kitchen area is small but perfect.

There is a private entrance via keypad lock to the home.

There is a master bedroom with a full-size bed and the living room has a couch that makes into a bed. Just let us know if you want bedding for this futon.

There's a screened-in patio overlooking the forest and a private sun deck. The main bedroom overlooks the greenery and has an attached bathroom.

A small area under the stairs is dedicated as a crib area. Please see the photos and let me know if you want the crib and child fence set up before your arrival.

There is an additional unfurnished room that could be used for storage.

The space is totally private and separate from the main house. The sundeck and screened-in patio are for your use exclusively.
