This Four Points of Bentonville, AR is amazingly beautiful, inviting and very clean. The staff is friendly and work with urgency. My room was spacious and very clean, I could even walk around barefoot in my room. Will most definitely stay again when in town for work purposes.

I highly recommend staying here when in the area. The staff are top notch and very freindly. The indoor pool and hot tub is currently out of service or not in season, but when it's open it would make the stay here a 10 out of 10 for us. Kudos Four Points!

The entire hotel smelled like the Indian restaurant that was next to it. There was several hairs in the shower/tub. I had to wipe it down. However, the bed was comfortable, the linens were all clean and the AC worked well.

This hotel is weird. It has strange architecture. There are rooms that overlook the lobby where there is a bar. The lobby is huge and has places to set up a lap top and sit. The hotel was clean but a little bit run down. I appreciated that they cleaned my room on my 2 day stay and the water pressure in the shower was good and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel
First time at Four Points in Bentonville. Located on a busy street, but had easy access to get to our destination. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was a little surprised that they advertise a restaurant, but the only meal served is breakfast, however, that breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. I had the same meal both mornings there! I'd stay at this location again.

Very nice inside, rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was big and all the amenities were provided. It was super quiet there and it was nice for a one night stay. The breakfast was the only thing that I would give one star to. I ordered oatmeal and it was terrible. Had a terrible taste I didn’t even eat it. Pancakes were ok, bacon was good.

Management and support staff were all extremely rude (It’s apparent that the customer service issues start at the top—the support staff has clearly been trained by someone who has no business working in hospitality). There was NO housekeeping in the room, and I had to interact with the put-out staff at the front desk every time I needed a clean towel or trash bag for my room. All common areas were dirty, and trash was overflowing from the cans onto the carpet. I moved to a different hotel when the hot water stopped working, and there was no ETA available on the repair. I’m going to chalk it up to not being able to find a competent person to run the hotel during Covid, but I’m certainly not going to recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Very disappointing.

We've published the pool closure on all of the booking websites and I see it listed under "Property Amenities" on Expedia.
