Wonderful Stay!

Great location and even better house
This is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location is great not only to Downtown, but you can bike to Crystal Bridges and coler mountain bike preserve. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The property itself was so clean and well stocked. Super easy check in and check out process. I would give our stay more stars if I could!

After Christmas Getaway
Where do I even start? This place will totally go beyond your expectations! Debbie has thought of everything you could possible want or even if you’ve forgotten it! The abundance of the little things that are annoying to take with you like coffee, creamer, shampoo, or even a forgotten toothbrush. My business visits always take me back to one of Debbie's homes. They are in a desirable location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Best Place We Have Ever Stayed: From a seasoned traveler
A beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked house in the perfect location in Bentonville. The generosity of spirit of the owners is apparent at every turn. Just think of the creature comforts you have at your own home (e.g., chargers, comfy pillows and blankets, makeup mirrors, porch seating, large ice cubes for cocktails, etc.) and you will find them in bountiful supply at this house. The beds are comfy; the bathrooms are great; kitchen has EVERYTHING; living room, dining room, are spacious. We will always stay here when coming to this area. The house is close to the quaint Bentonville Square (easy walk) and to Interstate 49 and all of the urban stores and malls. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. Stay here!

Exceptional house in great location!
We have stayed in this house twice now and loved it both times! It is loaded with style! Tons of plants and decorative accessories. Comfortable beds and furniture and a bounty of supplies. We have had extended family for a graduation and sadly, a funeral The open floorplan is perfect for family gathering. The proximity to downtown Bentonville is superb and allows easy walks into town. Great house!

6 Star Lux....best in Bentonville
Stunning luxury home a few blocks from the town square. A++ location. Located on a quiet street in a neighborhood of stunning homes. Close to bike trails and restaurants. Luxury furnishings and professionally decorated...did you forget something??? well it is very likely that it will be available...I didn't even know "pillow mist" was a thing but it was on the nightstands and was amazing. Multiple outdoor areas where we were able to enjoy the fall weather....huge garage for storing bikes. A proper bike washing station would have be great but the hose in the yard worked fine....hoping I can rent this place again next year for Big Sugar.

Loved our stay. Could not beat the location for the wedding events we had all weekend. Debbie was wonderful to work with and so gracious. Will definitely rent again anytime we have something in downtown Bentonville. Great house - very roomy and there were nice touches like charging cords, bathroom items, and a very well stocked kitchen. Would totally recommend this rental!

We loved our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave!! Located within walking distance of Bentonville Square. We held a small graduation party there & enjoyed having everything there ready to use! Doing Bentonville, Arkansas the Right Way
When we arrived on site, the garage doors opened as promised and the doors to the house opened with ease. We walked in the house which was super clean and nice. Water and a bottle of Champagne was in the refrigerator. We brought in our luggage with ample storage. The location was perfect with restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes. Everyday we went for a bike ride and a walk. The bikes provided were in good shape. Debbie was available and responsive although we had everything we wanted in the house. Coffee was provided which was the same I normally carry with me. The house was well stocked with towels, utensils, pots, and pans. They had plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. If you are coming to Bentonville and want to be near the downtown area, this is the perfect place to stay. There is construction all around Bentonville, but we had no problem getting around. Thanks

Pristine yet homey
We had a terrific time staying at this property. We came into town on the day of a snow storm, and Debbie contacted me directly to let us know we could check in early if needed. It was very easy to access and being able to get our cars into the garage and out of the storm was really wonderful. Upon entering, the house was tastefully decorated for the holidays, which was a fun treat. The house itself appears to have been expertly curated with great books and décor. It was all clean and spotless, but also warm and inviting. There was ample space for seven of us, and the house had every amenity you could think of. This house will not disappoint!

One of our Best Girls weekends ever!!
It could not have been a more perfect location and the accommodations were stellar. We had such a wonderful time. We gathered on the front porch Friday waiting for everyone to arrive and then had happy hour catching up around the huge island before walking to dinner. Everything we needed for morning coffee was there before we walked the trails in the morning. We brunched on the square after strolling thru the farmers market. Saturday afternoon we split up with a group watching the Arkansas football game, another group heading to Rogers for shopping and a third group off for some hiking. Then we all came back together for happy hour on the side porch. And ordered on pizza to watch football and play games. The cosy throws were a great touch! All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and well stocked. Can not emphasize how comfortable the beds were!!!! Seriously I can not think of anything else we could have needed. This is such a beautiful property! You will probably be seeing another booking for us next year!!!! Thanks so much for making our first Girl’s Weekend after losing one of our group so special!!!

The amount of thought, care, and planning that went into this property and it's amenities is remarkable. There were like 8 hair dryers, every toiletry you could imagine, and great beds. Fun location in walking distance to great restaurants.

We had a great experience staying at Casa Kincannon. - The house is equipped with everything you’ll need for a family getaway. It was spotless/really comfortable beds/plenty of room for my family of 7/quiet neighborhood/easy walk to town. Great house & host! - Highly recommend

Best VRBO house I’ve ever stayed in!!
We loved our stay. I came to Bentonville with several friends for another friend’s anniversary party. This house was perfect. The location is so close to everything - you can walk to many spots downtown. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group. The amenities are amazing - they have thought of everything. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to NW Arkansas. We truly loved our stay and will be back soon.

Absolutely the best property we have stayed in hands down in terms of attention to detail, location, etc. etc. etc. Especially enjoyed the outside patios where you can hang and relax. Owner obviously takes great pride in the property. Highly recommend.

Casa Kincannon is a beautiful home equipped with every amenity one could need. Debbie is a great host, quick to answer questions & offer helpful info about the area.
