This fully renovated, cozy retreat features vaulted ceilings and an open-concept living space—perfect for couples, solo travelers, and small groups.



Sleeps 5 adults + 1 child (top bunk designed for children only).



The Space:

Fully renovated from top to bottom with sustainability in mind, this home blends style and comfort. The kitchen features sleek leathered granite countertops, while the master bath has been fully upgraded with modern finishes. Throughout the home, bamboo flooring offers the warmth and beauty of hardwood with the eco-friendly benefit of a rapidly renewing material.



Guest Access:

The entire house is accessible for private use. Guests enter/exit through and store bikes in the two car garage. Exterior security cameras operating for safety over driveway and in backyard. Prior to checking in, Host will message guest how to turn off backyard camera for privacy.



The Neighborhood:

It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who mind to themselves, but are quick to help if asked. Deer love the ridges around the street and often come into the front yard at night.



Getting Around:

Easy access to I-49. The house, sitting right off NW A St, is a quick, low traffic 1.5 miles from the square and Crystal Bridges.



Are you a mountain biker or trail runner/walker? Th e house is surrounded by trailheads!



Bikers are asked to park in driveway to not risk incidents with bikes stored on top or back of vehicles. Non-bikers may park in the garage. No street parking in front of neighbors’ homes is permitted.



Other Things to Note:

Two dogs MAX per visit and they must be house trained, weigh less than 35 lbs, and not be highly shedding breeds. Message Host descriptions of your pups upon booking and book with additional pet fee.



No cats or other pets permitted. See additional house rules.



Spring - Fall: Lawn guys are on site once a week, usually a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoon for about 45 mins. They’ll let themselves into backyard. If home, keep dogs inside. If not home, house rule is dogs should be kenneled.



If you’re a 5+ day stay, please leave trash and recycling bins at curb Thursday nights. With back to back stays, it’s difficult to get trash picked up otherwise. Thank you!



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in for all guests. Host may choose to meet guest for stays longer than 2 weeks.



Host is available anytime via cell phone throughout your stay and happy to meet if it’s the guests preference.
