Good for a basic stay
The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay.

Cute, comfy, quiet
I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay. Everything worked as advertised. The bed is a Tempurpedic-type bed, Only you know if you like that kind of bed. I was very comfortable. The drop-off traffic at the school on the adjacent property was heavy but did not make me late to work. You can hear the neighbors in the adjacent unit through the shared wall but it was not annoying. You know you are not alone in the building. Trash pick up is 6:15 am on Thursday AM. I will stay here again.

Stay at the Benton in Bentonville!
This clean, new apartment was absolutely perfect for our two-night stay in Bentonville. It is at the rear of a 4-plex, so there is no street traffic to speak of, and it backs up to the Thaden School property, so there is nothing built behind it. We ate out at excellent restaurants for every meal, but the kitchen would be perfect if we were going to stay longer and cook for ourselves. It's very close to the historic downtown district, and it's totally walkable or ride-able (even thought there is plenty of public parking). We would definitely return!

Some suggestions for the owner/manager of the property
The property was clean and fresh, however it needed a few items: tissues, a kitchen wash cloth or sponge to wash dishes, paper napkins, a cutting board, directions regarding the TV as you need to use your own pass codes to access streaming services, and direction on raising and lowering the blinds without causing damage to them. I would suggest a book in the property with relavent information. We enjoyed our visit, hopefully these suggestions will help the next renter's visit!

Hiking getaway
The property was perfect for us. Location was great for access to different hiking areas/state parks and close to Bentonville attractions and restaurants. Perfect for a fun, relaxing trip. Check in info was easy, assigned parking was great.

Not exactly walkable to the historic area. It's not the distance, which is very bike able, but lack of safe sidewalks to get a few blocks away. 15-20 minute walk is doable but I wouldn't do it at night. Biking yes.

Very nice property
Property was very comfortable and new. It was very well stocked with helpful items including a magnified makeup mirror. Bentonville is growing by leaps and bounds which made navigating the town tricky. There we many detours and times our navigation system did not know about closed roads. There were few sidewalks around the property, so although it was technically walking distance from some locations, it was not practical to walk. However, it was a short drive and parking was free.

Nicely renovated apartment. Great location and great for 2 people. Had all the necessary things you need plus extra bonuses. I like a soft mattress because of back issues so it wasn't really comfortable for me but I am sure it is comfortable for most.

Very Cozy! Great Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, cozy, and within walking distance to Downtown Bentonville, the Thaden campus, the Momentary, and the 8th Street Market. The bed is very comfortable, pillows are plentiful, the bathroom has plenty of towels and toiletries, and the kitchen looked to be well appointed. (We didn’t cook, but we checked out what was available.) The hosts provide a wide variety of K-cups and creamers for those who need a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Parking is super convenient, and the unit is on the ground floor, so there’s no schlepping suitcases up and down stairs. A great choice in Bentonville!

Concert getaway
Me and my bf stayed in the condo for 2 nights for some concerts we came for. The condo is 7 minutes from the amp 10 with traffic since you can take back roads to get there. Check in and out was super easy and we were even able to check in a little early. The property was pristine! We had everything we needed plus some. The bed was sooo comfortable! Robert was awesome with reaching out to help with things and had some awesome suggestions for food and entertainment. We ate at Table Mesa, Tusk and Trotter and buttered biscuit (all so yummy). This will definitely be our new spot to stay when we come up for concerts or games.

The check-in process went very well. The condo was very well decorated. The location was a short drive to the downtown area and the Crystal Bridges Musem. Highly recommend this stay!

Very impressed overall..great location centralized for every where we needed to go and close to the square which had an awesome farmers market going on. The apartment was very nice and I loved being able to do a load of laundry before going to our next stop. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay and would recommend this to our friends as well
