The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room.“

I wasn't fond of the only sink in the room being in the kitchen/bedroom. Clean, and new are nice, but too small. I really appreciated the bicycle valet, that was huge. Made staying there doable. I would probably stay there again because of location.“
