When I arrived I found old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker and the glass carafe was coffee stained. There were dirty utensils in the drawers and the drawers themselves were dirty, they had some hair and small crumbs and crust in them. The toaster looked like it had never been cleaned. The trash can is the type that is out next to the counter, it too was very dirty and could have used a wipe down.The area rug had small white hairs, likely from a dog that stayed. The vacuum needed to be emptied, it was overfilled with hair. Some of the walls and the inside of the front door needed to be wiped down, they had dirt stains and sticky stuff on them. Both bathroom showers had hair on the floor and some on the wall. I just couldn't image staying in someone else's filth. When I contact the team we eventually talked about it after I sent them pictures of everything. We had a late check-in on Friday, our events were on Saturday and we were to check-out on Sunday. The rep offered to send a cleaning crew Saturday but I told her that is the ONE day were had plans, the entire reason why I booked the unit, we did not have time to wait and watch someone clean nor was I comfortable leaving my stuff there while I was away for them to clean. Unfortunately the rep would not listen and just kept offering to send someone and then kept telling me I can trust them to clean with leaving my belongings. I tried to explain the unit should have been clean before our arrival.
