The Space:

River Ridge at Mt Bachelor is a full 3-bedroom, multi-level condo with panoramic forest and river views! Located just under the winter slopes of Mount Bachelor and enveloped in nature overlooking the Deschutes National Forest and the Deschutes River. The open first floor features floor to ceiling windows for cuddling up inside, while there are lower and upper decks for sitting outside taking in the scenery and the mountain air. The first-floor deck features your own private hot tub, outdoor dining and a BBQ off the kitchen. Back inside, after a day out adventuring, gather around the fireplace, relax on the comfortable sofa, and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, and seating for two at the counter. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats seven, making family meals and evening game nights effortless. Begin your mornings with coffee overlooking the river and surrounding mountains, spend afternoons enjoying the peaceful scenery, and end each day with spectacular sunsets and fresh mountain air. This rental comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3-bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1, located on the entry level, includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo ( bath also accessible via the hallway)

Bedroom #2, upstairs, includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3, also on the entry level, comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a queen size bed., including a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Stairs are required to enter the unit. Once inside, there are two lower bedrooms and one upper bedroom.

• Washer and dryer for guest use.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. There are 2 covered parking spaces assigned, the second vehicle can use the lot.

•EV charger available, managed by HOA.

• This rental is the combination of two composite units, River Ridge at Mt Bachelor A and River Ridge at Mt Bachelor B. Smaller parties are encouraged to rent either unit separately one of the smaller units, while larger parties should rent the entire property. When booked separately, units are locked off from each other.

• Fireplace guards for indoor fireplace.

• The community pool and hot tubs are managed by Mt. Bachelor Village HOA. Please adhere to HOA, pool and hot tub posted rules and times.

• Check-in Instructions: Key card/Pass for the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort Pool and Hot Tub area is in the unit. Any lost or missing key card/pass will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This will be automatically charged to the booking channel or card on file.
