Main Level: Two quiet bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable Queen bed.

Second Floor Master: A private retreat with a Queen bed and a sleeper couch that is perfect for a child.

Main House Game Room: Features a sleeper couch that transforms into a double bed for extra guests.

🚗 Driving & Rideshare
The "5-Minute Circle": You are just a 5-minute drive from the Old Mill District, the Box Factory, and the city’s top food cart pods.

Downtown Access: Reach the heart of downtown Bend in 10 minutes via a quick Uber or Lyft. (Note: Rideshare is reliable here, but we recommend booking in advance during peak concert nights or holiday weekends).

Mt. Bachelor: A straight shot down Century Drive puts you at the West Village base area in under 30 minutes.

🚲 Biking & Walking
Phil’s Trail: One of the most famous mountain bike systems in the West is a 14-minute drive or a 30-minute warm-up ride away.

The River Walk: Walk out the front door and head west to connect with the Canal Trail, which leads you toward the river and scenic walking paths.

Pro Tip: If you choose to drive, free event parking is often available at the Mt. Bachelor bus lot (just two blocks from the venue), but it fills up fast!

CET Bus System: Use the CETGo app to navigate Bend’s bus lines.

Mt. Bachelor Ski Bus (Winter): Don't want to drive in the snow? Catch the Route 18 shuttle from the Park-N-Ride lot on SW Columbia St (just a few minutes away). It’s $12 round-trip and drops you right at the lodge.

Ride the River (Summer): If you're planning to float the Deschutes, the shuttle from Drake Park back to your car at the Park & Float is a lifesaver for just $5.

We are a pet-friendly home and love welcoming your four-legged family members!

Policy: We have a 2-pet limit and a flat $100 pet fee per stay.

Request: Please let us know during the booking process if your pets will be joining you so we can prepare the home accordingly.

For groups of 8, we offer two comfortable sofa bed options:

The Game Room Retreat: The brown couch in the pool table room transforms into a double bed—perfect for night owls!

The Family Suite: The dark gray sofa in the upstairs master bedroom is ideal for children who want to stay close to their parents.

Travel lighter! We provide a Pack ‘n Play for your little one, located in the downstairs bedroom (left side) inside the closet.
