Completely upgraded and expanded in 2016 for a total 3150 sq ft of living space, with three en-suite bedrooms, this home is designed for big families or several smaller ones. Three separate common areas provide space for separate adult and kid activities, while everyone can gather in the kitchen/dining/living area or back deck at once. Whole house wifi system ensures 300mbps speed throughout the house and on the property. 12 SHARC passes always included. This house was built in 1979, and completely upgraded in 2016. It has hardwood floors throughout the entire downstairs, and comfortable carpet upstairs. All bathrooms are tiled with granite countertops and glass doors. The "Great Hall" (aka Living Room), Bonus room and three upstairs en-suite bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. There is a wood burning fireplace in the "Great Hall" and a wood stove in the dining room, which can be enjoyed from the kitchen and family room. If we are out of the area during your stay, we have family in the area to answer any urgent issues, as well as local housekeeping and hot tub service. This is on the quieter north end of Sunriver. You can walk your floats or kayaks right to the Deschutes River and arrange to be picked up at the Sunriver takeout just north of here. The Woodlands golf course is within walking or biking distance. The lodge provides free transportation to the lodge and back, or you can easily drive to the lodge or village. The bike path is accessible via paved road in just a few hundred feet from the house, and there are multiple routes to the village or SHARC. Bike path leads to anywhere in the Sunriver resort. SHARC is about 12-15 minutes bike ride away. Parking on driveway only, enough for 4-5 cars. Sunriver Lodge has free shuttle for pick-up or drop-off at house. Call ahead. 12 SHARC passes included in rental price (i.e. no hidden "recreation fees" or "hot tub fees") No keys to lose or to return! Just arrive at the property to check in. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or just use the personal entry code provided to you for the duration of your stay (the default code will be the last four digits of your phone number on the reservation). There is also a mechanical lockbox near the front door that contains a key in case of power outage or other malfunction.
