"Reinfall in Belmar Inn"
Es ist kein Hotel ,sondern eine Absteige.Das Zimmer,wahrscheinlich der alte Tepich stank nach Urin.Waschbecken fiel aus der Wand, Die bdeckung der Klimaanlage Fiel uns fast auf den Kopf. Als nach mehreren Ermahnungen jemand kam, um die Mängel zu beheben, hat er die Entfernung des Waschbeckens von der Wand lediglich verringert und gesagt ,dass es so aussieht ,weil die Gäste falsch mit den sachen umgingen.Das "Hotel" verdient nicht mal einen Stern.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The property is run down, needs drastic repairs. The rooms are large but smell musty even with the window a/c on. The bathroom is small with a small pedestal sink and tiny shower that doesn’t seem clean. The walls look like there have been numerous leaks that haven’t been to fixed correctly for a long time. Overall, a disappointment and won’t return.

The location is perfect, half a block to the Ocean with many options to eat in walking distance. Slightly discouraged by housekeeping missing our room yet they were kind and apologetic. Nothing fancy yet fine for a few days and offered that quaint, on the Shore kinda feel. No elevator so be prepared!

Great hotel! Needs better A/C
Hotel was perfect for what we needed! Small but comfortable. Everything seemed fresh and recently refurbished! Only downside was the air-conditioner was too small for the room. During the day we couldn’t cool the room down to a comfortable temp but was decent at night when it cooled down.

This is more of a Warning than a Review. It should be a crime to charge people money to stay here. The entire property is unsafe and in total disrepair. Absolute filth. Staff are unprofessional and management does not exist.

Filthy and disgusting
Warning this place is so unprofessional and disgusting. Upon arrival they demanded a $175 deposit even though the room was booked and paid for in advance on a 3rd party travel site. When I told him that I did not have $175 as I was unprepared for that expense he replied with “how much you got?”. In the end they kept $125 for a deep cleaning fee for cat hair left on a blue blanket (this must have transferred from my daughters blanket she brought in from home). Management has not returned my multiple calls to them regarding this issue they will only respond through the crackhead working the front desk. The property itself is disgusting. They did not provide towels, soap, shampoo…nothing. I had to go down and ask for towels. The stairs are unsafe for even a young healthy individual. My daughter woke up with a large insect bite. I paid to sleep and shower in absolute filth and they are charging me for cat hair left on a blanket. I also believe they have families with young children who live there and play outside out front all day. The vending machine out front offered water/soda for $5 each. This stay ruined our annual trip to the beach.

This place is disgusting! Staines on the sheets, the bath room was not clean enough. The room and the whole inn is in extremly bad condition. Like a horror movie. The people who work there was nice.

Hotel is clean and well run and half a block from the beach. Free coffee and tea offered. Staff are very pleasant knowledgeable about town restaurants and shops. Beach chair rental for 10 dollars is helpful now that beach concession has left the town.

I wanted that non traditional motel experience to stay at a beach house within walking distance to the beach. My room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet, private bathroom with shower and appears to recently have had new carpeting & paint done. Comfy bed was a plus! I wasn't expecting that so I felt well rested lol Complimentary coffee was available in the morning in the lobby which was a huge plus and a nice porch to enjoy it on. All interactions with staff was always pleasant. I would stay here again.

Very close to beach! Would stay again. Older hotel but was very clean and they had awesome bagels and donuts for breakfast. Parking is free but sometimes you have to park two blocks away, and there is not an elevator. Also keep in mind you can't get on the beach unless you pre-pay with a credit card, which we were not aware of.

great location but zero convenience when it comes to the inn. no elevator, nobody offering to help with the luggage, no comforter on the beds, the mini fridge blocks the space of the desk and mirror which could easily be underneath the desk at least. outlets are too high up without a counter to charge anything. the shower took 20 minutes to heat up, and so on.

Perfect for a "Momcation"
The Belmar Inn was absolutely perfect for my little 2-night "Momcation". The room was very modest, but perfect for just me and I no issues whatsoever. It's a very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk and a cute building.
