Come and enjoy this quaint retro remodelled mobile home at the foot of Galbraith Mtn. Ride to the trails, Lake Padden or Golf Couse. Relax in our covered hot tub surrounded by giant trees, or enjoy sitting around the campfire in our private forested back yard.

Step up through screen door onto our covered patio with outdoor furniture, 3 seat couch and two padded chairs, another screen door to rear takes you into private backyard with firepit, chair seating for 6 and a pond with fountain, hanging lights for evenings outside.
Front door coded entry from the patio leads you into foyer with coat closet. Large cozy living room with wood burning stove, large 50in Roku TV, five lazy boy recliners with glass side and coffee tables. Attached is dining area with glass bistro dining table with four padded swivel chairs.
Onto the kitchen complete with kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and glasstop stove, stainless 2 door fridge and dishwasher. Dishes, spices, cups, glasses, mugs, pots and pans are provided.
Walk thru kitchen toward rear and enter laundry room with new washer, dryer and side door to carport.
First bedroom contains queen bed, side table and double closet for hanging items and storage. Heading down the hall to right is bathroom with double sinks, seperate room with tub/shower combo with glass doors, toilet and cabinets with towels.
Further down the hall find 2nd bedroom with Double bed, double closet, small builtin desk w chair and new Roku TV.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, desk w bookshelf and chair with wall mounted Roku TV. Thru master you can enter private dressing area with 9 drawer dresser Also has a walk in closet with another double mattress that can be used on floor. A private bathroon with toilet, shower and sink is provided.
Exiting from laundry room to carpot you will find a locking metal shed to store bikes or other valuables. Carport is covered and can park one vehicle. There is a locking gate towards the front yard to access the carport.
Pathway between house and shed lead to a small covered hot tub. The property is surrounded by large mature trees and you will feel like you are in the forest. The backyard ends at a steep treed bank down to Bullard Lake which you can see through the trees.

You can park up to three cars in front of the house and swing open the 10ft gate to access the covered carport, locking shed, hot tub and rest of yard. You are free to use entire fenced back yard during your visit.

There is a marked Amazon/UPS delivery box in the front yard if you need anything shipped to property during your stay.
