"First time staying at a B&B. It was a beautiful place!! Staff were very friendly and informative. There were homemade chocolate truffles on our bedside table upon arrival. Breakfast was exceptional!! Would recommend this place to everyone!!"

"Saw this place on hotel.com and thought I’d give it a whirl. It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable ..."

"Quick response to our question when we got there. Quiet and peaceful, I never heard the barges go by. Easy to find. Short drive to town for groceries and to Maquoketa Cave State Park. Daughters thought their beds upstairs were a little hard (personal preference), but the one downstairs was very comfortable. ..."
