The Space:

Welcome to our space! A comfortable and inviting four-bedroom home in the heart of Bella Vista. Thoughtfully set up for families, friends, or outdoor lovers, the house features a spacious master suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen, a third with two twin beds, and a fourth with a twin trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen that includes a slow cooker, chip & dip server, kettle, Ninja air fryer, toaster oven, drip and k-cup coffee makers, and Nutribullet. The home also has two full bathrooms with a jet tub in the master. Outside is where this home truly shines. Enjoy multiple seating areas, including outdoor tables, a couch, loveseat, and chairs—plus a fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars. The front porch has classic rocking chairs, and the fully fenced backyard offers both privacy and space to unwind. Cyclists will appreciate the convenient bike wash station on the side of the house.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house except for 2 locked closets.



The Neighborhood:

Outdoor lovers will appreciate being 3/10 of a mile from the Back 40 Trail, one of the area’s premier mountain biking and hiking trail systems. There is an access point just down the road across from the Razorback Greenway. Only .5 miles from the house. Lake Avalon is 13 minutes away for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Looking for more scenic trails? Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, known for its waterfall and shaded paths, is only 11 minutes away, and Blowing Springs Park is just 7 minutes from the home.

For golf enthusiasts, several Bella Vista golf courses—including Scotsdale and Bella Vista Country Club—are within a 10–20 minute drive. Need to grab supplies or a bite to eat? Local grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also just a short drive away.
