Nice remodeled house in the woods of NW Arkansas. The house is on a quiet dead end street with a fully fenced backyard near the lake, bike trails, and golf courses. Dog crates (2 XL and 1 XL metal fold up) are provided for your family companions!

Garage allows for storage of your toys or cars. Additional parking in the driveway which is fairly long. Easy access to the main road and close proximity to most of the trails in the area. We are able to provide a guest property owner association pass if you wish to have access to the lakes, golf courses, or other POA amenities, please request at least 2 business days in advance! This allows for kayaking/swimming, gym use, or any of the other POA amenities that require a direct pass.

If need additional time or early check-in, can accommodate in most cases but please ask in advance. Quiet neighborhood so no loud music after 9PM.

No parties. No cats. No dogs in beds or on furniture. Pets must be crated when leaving the property. Additional cleaning fees apply for pet hair or dirt from animals on beds/bedding or furniture. If you have more than 3 animals please message me first to confirm booking.

If the bedding is dirty from any sort of accident, please launder it before the stain sets in and before checkout so that our cleaner doesn't need to wash it multiple times. If there is blood, please notify me directly, as this requires special cleaning or disposal.

If the booking is for a long term stay in excess of 28 days, a lease agreement will be required.
