A quiet villa for up to 10 guests, set in green countryside between Bruges and Ghent. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one long table everyone fits around. Outside: a large garden with covered terrace, an outdoor pool, hot tub, fire pit and pétanque court. Bruges is 14 km away, the coast 25 km, Ghent 35 km. Private parking for five cars. The Cozy Relax Home carries the moroww label, which means the house was inspected in person before it was accepted.



The Space:

The house sits at the edge of the woods in Beernem, with no neighbours in view and no traffic to hear.



Four bedrooms with box-spring beds, plus a mezzanine with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath, and a separate guest toilet.



The living area is open and full of daylight: a sitting room, a dining table that seats the whole group, and a kitchen equipped for real cooking rather than reheating. Dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine.



The garden is the reason to come. Swim, warm up in the hot tub, light the fire pit as the light goes, or play pétanque while the children take the trampoline. The covered terrace means rain does not end the evening.



Private parking for five cars.



Guest Access:

The entire house and garden are yours. Nothing is shared, and no one else has access during your stay.



Check-in is on your own time from 3 PM, using a secure key box. No handover, no waiting.



The pool, hot tub, barbecue, fire pit and pétanque court are for your use alone.



The Neighborhood:

Beernem lies in the wooded stretch between Bruges and Ghent: forest paths, quiet country roads and small villages. Good walking and cycling straight from the door.



Bruges is a twenty-minute drive, Ghent a little over half an hour, and the coast around twenty-five minutes. Close enough for a day out, far enough that you come back to silence.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to reach the house and to explore the area, and there is space for five on-site.



Beernem station is a short drive away, with direct connections towards Bruges, Ghent and the coast.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor pool is not heated and is open in the warmer months only. The hot tub, barbecue and fire pit are available year-round.



Firewood is not provided. Please bring your own if you would like to use the fire pit or hot tub.



Bed linen and towels are included. Coffee, tea and bathroom essentials are waiting for you on arrival.



We ask you to keep evenings quiet after 10 PM out of respect for the setting, and to treat the house as you would your own.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is independent, so your stay stays yours.
