Sheets were dirty. No toilet paper in bathroom. Very disappointing and disgusting. Stains on everything. I don’t care what the room cost not necessary to be dirty. The room shouldn’t cost no more than $30 for that filth.

When we got there the place almost looked vacant inside. The attendant was nice but not knowledgeable. As we got on the elevator and started to ascend, it sounded like it was going to come crashing down. It was terrifying. Come to find out, it was the first time the attendant heard that terrible noise and we were likely in danger. When we got into our room it smelled and we noticed what looked like blood and urine stains on the bedding. We decided to take the stairs back down and leave and not stay over night! I would not recommend staying here.

The facility was maintained and clean throughout the building. Everything was very minimalist, no coffee pots in rooms and towels are very small in the bathroom. The breakfast area had basic things though no one was keeping up with refills. We had to request that the waffle batter be refilled. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good temp.

Booked a room to stay one night. Paid the full amount, they took it off my card befire we showed up. When we got there, they demanded a $100.00 security deposit for the room aside from the amount we had already paid. We didn't have the 100 right then. We ran up the street to the ATM to get the security deposit money. When we returned, the lady at the front desk CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION!!!. She said that the manager would refund our money to us for the room. But after contacting them the next day, we were then told that our money was non-refundable. We lost money to a room we didn't even get to stay in. Horrible experience.

Looks modernized and the staff were super nice. There was rat poop on the chair in my room, which automatically gets a low rating from me. The air conditioner had expressed insulation, so not super safe. And the pool was falling appart. Falls short of what I would expect at this price point. Breakfast was good and area looked clean.

We like the convenient location and price point of this MicroTel property. It was a bit noisy since the room next door had their TV on all night until about 6am.

We were very surprised that it had such a good rating. We had roaches in our room at least 5 of them that we saw. The shower floor looked like someone had smeared poop on it.

Great location price was good for location. The room was clean but the hotel has very thin walls and wood floors. You can hear everything from the people above you. If there walking all night forget about sleeping. Very noisy. $100 deposit seems high for this property. There is nothing in the room that’s worth taking. No coffee maker in room. The lady that checked us in was great. Happy and welcoming. Manager on duty next morning had no personality. He is very miserable maybe a new job for him would be a better fit for him.

Thank you for your feedback on all the things. Deposit is for incidentals mainly for damages. No coffee maker in the room as we offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby. I am sorry if you miss that. We are here to provide you nice clean stay and not to hear your personal opinion on employees. Please keep it to yourself. RespectfullyThank you

Everything appears clean and the lobby smells pleasantly of cleaning products, but our room smells as if it’s been a smoking room in the not-so-distant past. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Located at a busy intersection where in/out is difficult when unfamiliar with the area, although it’s very convenient to the expressway for a one night stay.

For the price, this hotel makes sense. You get what you pay for. No frills but a comfortable sleep. Paper thin walls though, so bring earplugs just in case. Breakfast was not great but there's a cracker barrel right around the corner!

The woman at check in was very nice and helpful. We really liked having a pool and a hot tub after a long day driving. The only downside I have is there are not enough tables and chairs in the pool area. We had to sit on the window ledge while we were trying to dry off.

Overall, The property was clean and the service was friendly. The rooms are fairly newly renovated, so that makes for a better experience. The mattresses are little squishy, so I’m not sure if they knew or not, but they seem like they could use a little upgrade, the linens were nice so that helped. We were in an accessible room, So there was more space, but the shower wasn’t accessible. It was a standard step in shower, even though the bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair to be in, so that was odd. The breakfast was pretty, ever since Covid they don’t seem to be any warm options apart from waffles, but no protein like eggs or sausage. Overall, I can recommend it.

Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent, and well heated. Enjoyed breakfast biscuits and mini waffles available. Room appeared and smelled clean, but greasy smudges noted on temperature control device. Desk staff very helpful and nice, provided extra linens for teen to sleep in window seat area. Minimal room amenities, no closet, tight fir for family of 4 Overall, fine for a quick one-night stay
