Pool was great. Daughter loved it and indoor pool connects to the outdoor pool. It is showing its age in the pool room itself. Overall our stay was great for the one night on a road trip. Breakfast was great and did not have an extra charge for pet. The building is showing its age in the hallways BUT beds were clean and overall were quiet. Read the negative reviews, so I set expectations low and overall was happy with the stay.

This is one of the worst stays we have encountered. The room floor was sticky, the TV was emitting loud sounds intermittently, when we attempted to call the front desk the phone was dead. We went to the front desk and was told someone would come check. We waited for a time and went back to the front desk to tell them we were tired from the long drive. We were told it was a very busy night. After 7 hours in a car we needed rest to continue another 6 hours. It was a short night. We arrived at 8pm, slept fitfully and left at 5am. We used only the beds, not trusting anything else. I don't think every room is bad, but I sure wished we had one that wasn't.

Very noisy. Large trucks moving whatever around… truckers noise started at 4:00 a.m. Very unclean. Would not stay there again, as would other folks who were woken and kept awake 😡.

Great location! Drawbacks: the room had a stale smell and stain on a carpet. The hallway carpet on our floor, which was number two, was a tripping hazard. It has too many lumps and ripples all the way down the aisle. Breakfast, was great! And the staff was also quite kind and helpful.

Hotel might be OK, but whatever you do don’t book through Expedia. We had a problem with our room and the local staff said they would refund our stay to make it right. Expedia now claims they will not.

First room we had was already occupied. They weren’t in the room but it was clearly someone else’s room. Easily corrected but made me worried, as a single woman with her child, that it would happen to us. The elevator was sketch as well but the room was clean.

Room seemed relatively clean but walls needed some paint. Dirty hallways and elevator. Small stain on sheets (eww) although it did seem to be set in despite washing. Hotel staff not responsive to front desk calls (not enough staff?). Breakfast was decent, and while we didn’t have time for it, the pool seemed nice.

Unfortunately our bathroom wasn’t clean, there was pieces of Trash on the floor. Hotel is older and some areas smelled bad. Very limited breakfast.

Free breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. Room was decent. They had a pool that stayed open until 10pm. I didnt go swimming but it seemed most people that stayed was generally happy, which made the overall experience nice for us as well

It was a necessary stop and place to sleep with our dog on a road trip. Rooms were not clean. We knew what we signed up for but would not want to stay again.

The outside and reception is in decent condition . Check in was not a great experience. The toilet in the room was blocked and the phone broken . When reporting this to the reception , it took very long before we were assisted and the response not great . Room was moved as they didn’t have anyone to unblock the toilet. We were moved to an accessible room with no bath - they didn’t ask us if this was ok - very limited communication. Swimming area was dirty and need some maintenance. Room didn’t feel very clean . Decent breakfast . Check out was a pleasant experience

For an overnight stay it’s ok. However the hotel is a little tired and needs some upgrades. Despite that the bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. The staff are extremely friendly.
