Desirable Beach House & Full Backyard with 6 beachtags. Driveway fits 4 Cars!
This beautiful two story raised beach house is just five blocks to the beach, 1 block to Main Street with restaurants and bars, and 5 minute walk to Bradley Beach train station. House includes four-six beach tags, private off street parking for 4 cars, huge deck/ backyard w/ brand-new grill master. Completely furnished with brand new furniture and appliances.
*Before arriving we will agree on a smart lock code for you and your guests to use during your stay.
* no pets of any kind allowed on or inside the property.
*if the AC or Heat is on, the windows and doors must be closed
*no smoking of vapes, jules, weed, cigarettes, within the home. Whatever your pleasure, please do it on the back deck.
*no additional guests allowed within the premises outside of the total guests booked for the booking. You will be charged for extra guests visiting the home.
**make-up MUST be removed before bed so not to soil our linens. Guests will be charged fees to replace linens with any make-up left. For this matter, do not remove the linens after your stay as they’ll be inspected by the cleaning staff. None of the linens on the shelves or in the cabinets may be used- only the ones provided on the beds themselves. Please bring make-up wipes/face cleaner.
*main level has mini split (3 units) controlled individually by remotes in each room that has both heating and cooling capability. Upstairs has an HVAC controlled by a thermostat.
*backyard entrance can either be accessed through the inside of the house back door to the patio & yard as well as a wooden gate at the head of the driveway which can be opened by a string located to the right of the door. Just pull and push the door open. This gate should remain closed when not in use.
-we strongly encourage guests to utilize the outdoor shower after being @ the beach to not track sand into our home.
*no food, drinks or shoes will be allowed upstairs in the bedrooms.
*6 beach passes will be left on the hooks in the living room on the wall for use by the following guests.
•-•Failure to return will cost the current rate of a season badge/per badge missing (typically $100)
*the butcher block breakfast bar and kitchen island are NOT to be used as cutting boards. Cutting boards are provided in the lower cabinets in the kitchen. The blocks are poly coated and will resist stains/damage but please do be careful.
•-•damage to the island or breakfast bar tables will result in an automatic deduction from your security deposit or add’l fee if deposit is maxed out @ $300/per board.
*there will be no smoking of any sort within the walls of the property. If you’d like to smoke, please do so on the back patio and dispose of your butts in the trash once they’ve been soiled.
**Hookah will not be allowed at the risk of having a fire with the coals.
•-•smoking of any kind inside the house will not be tolerated and will result in an automatic loss of your entire security deposit.
