Dear Host,
I hope this message finds you well. I typically do not submit complaints, but unfortunately, our recent stay at your Fripp Island property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations.
From the moment we arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience uncomfortable. The grill was unusable due to excessive dirt and lack of propane. The golf cart provided was in very poor condition—filthy and completely out of gas. Additionally, there was no soap available for showering, which was an unexpected and basic necessity that should have been provided.
More concerning, however, were the cleanliness and sanitation issues inside and outside the home. We encountered multiple roaches throughout the property, including in the cup holder cabinet. There was also visible blood on a pillowcase in the downstairs bedroom. The porch chairs and seating were extremely dirty—so much so that they could not be used without risking staining clothing.
Due to these issues, the situation became so uncomfortable that we made the decision to leave a night early, as members of our group felt extremely uneasy staying any longer.
We are very disappointed with this experience and had hoped for a much higher standard of cleanliness and preparation. Given the circumstances, we would appreciate your consideration in making this right.
