„Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.“

„I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. I had just driven 8 hours to the location and was very fatigued and tired and sat ...

„Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again“

„This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.“

„This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..“

„Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all.“

There’s wasps nests EVERYWHERE, couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to that and could barely enter the doors without one diving at us, the mini fridge in the room didn’t work, tv remote barely worked and beds were super uncomfortable, the pools were okay but this whole place needs updating. I appreciated the two room option. I don’t think we will stay here again.“

„Clean and nice pool and hot tub. Room was excellent for the price we paid. Only critique is the breakfast. Very very disappointing variety of items. Only toast, bagels, cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, anything like that. Other than that great hotel for the price“

Unfortunately, it was disappointing due to the lack of care and poor communication.The issues were not with maintenance or housekeeping. The issues listed below have to do with management not doing their job and being thorough in performing inspections and managing their people. Check in was with a rep where English was a second language. Kept having to repeat ourselves and even then his comprehension was poor. Wristbands didn’t ...
