We've had so many happy guests - they all decided to buy their own homes this year! We have prime weeks available @ the "House @ Beach and Dune.” This modern home away from home has all of the amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay with the benefits of a short, 3-minute one-block walk to a lifeguarded beach.

Enjoy the comfort of our home: The first floor features a new gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room with two exterior decks to sit and watch the sunrise or catch an ocean breeze. Also featured on the first floor is one guest room with an en-suite full bathroom. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, a washer/dryer, and a master suite that includes a generous sitting area, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and plenty of storage space to stay tidy, plus its own dedicated deck.

We like our comforts and are happy to share them with you. This means the kitchen is equipped with the most important accessories: a wine fridge, a good blender, equipment to make cocktails (and a recipe book), and Nespresso plus Keurig Coffee makers. Working from home? Feel free to print and scan as you require. And rest assured, we have fast internet and 5 bars of cell signal. We like our TV, and our living room has all of the typical suspects, plus can AirPlay from your iPhone so you can still binge if, worst case, there is a rainy day. Also, play your favorite tunes throughout the house from the Sonos-powered audio system. Speakers are in most rooms, the patio, and on the rooftop deck.

The shore, though, is about being outside. Enjoy a 360-degree view from our rooftop deck, with views of the ocean and the bay. Sit and enjoy dinner or early morning coffee high above the neighborhood. And, not to be left out, the property includes an inground heated pool to relax after a day at the beach, patio furniture, and a gas grill for cooking.

Speaking of the beach, we’ll provide you with the needed gear. We will provide beach badges, a cooler, two umbrellas, eight chairs, and two boogie boards. We also have a collection of towels you can use – just please wash them before you go.

The Dunes neighborhood is one of the most desirable on the island. You can walk to dining and shopping, and we’ll provide you with a guidebook. We can also offer off-street parking for up to 5 cars, including EV charging capabilities (A NEMA 14-50).

By the way, summer is great, but the offseason is one of our favorite times to enjoy the house. Spring and Fall bring their charms and are a great time to escape the crowds and enjoy some time away from home. Take advantage of the offseason and take a long weekend away from the city to enjoy the views and low-stress shore living.

Finally, we have two young children, and we’re prepared for your family, too. The house offers a toddler bed, a pack n’ play, a high chair, a jogging stroller, two puddle jumpers, and of course, sand toys for your little ones – plus some other toys and plenty of books.
