The house is lovingly nicknamed “Sandy Haven”, due to its location on an interior oceanfront lot just steps from the beach which provides privacy and isolation from street noises.

Endless unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay from numerous decks including a rooftop deck.

The top floor contains a Master Bedroom suite and a Great room (living room, dining room, kitchen) with vaulted ceilings and also includes one and a half baths. The Master features a king bed and sitting area with a queen sleeper couch and a slider opening onto a large deck with beautiful views of the ocean. The Great room was professionally decorated and newly furnished with a hint of South Beach and features views of the Ocean and Bay from large glass windows and an East facing wall for stunning views of the Ocean. There is also a queen sleeper and a full-size sleeper in the Great room.

The middle floor includes four additional bedrooms plus two full baths. The three ocean-facing bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and have glass sliders opening to a large ocean-facing deck. The Bay-facing fifth bedroom was tastefully decorated and furnished for children with a double bunk bed and twin bed to accommodate children.

The Garage was converted to a 1200 square-foot finished Great room with a flat-screen TV, couches, a 2nd Fridge, a Laundry room, Ceramic tile floors, French doors leading directly to the beach, and an interior stairway leading to the middle floor. Also featuring a Play area with couches and flat-screen TV and 2 twin beds. Outside there is an outside shower with a dressing area.

Also features two-zone central air and gas heat as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

High-Speed Internet with Wi-Fi plus keyless entry.

The house is ideally located just blocks from the Causeway and is an easy drive to Atlantic City with its famous boardwalk and numerous casinos as well as Fantasy Island in Beach Haven with its many family and kid-friendly activities. The house is one hour from Philadelphia and one and a half hours commute from New York City.

Our house rents weekly in Season from June till September. It is also available weekly and for extended weekend getaway vacations off Season from October until May. The house is ideal for small or large families plus guests or for two couples to share. It sleeps 13-16 comfortably.

Payment Details:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$1000 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.
