Brandneues Strandhaus fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen, 1 sehr großes Schlafzimmer-Loft im zweiten Stock mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett, Sofa mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, neue KĂŒche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte, GeschirrspĂŒler, stapelbar Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wi-Fi und Kabel mit HBO (April-Oktober), großer Schrank fĂŒr Lebensmittel / Lagerung, Weber Grill, Außendusche und Central Air. Dieses Haus befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines GrundstĂŒcks mit 4 GrundstĂŒcken. Nur ParkplĂ€tze an der Straße. Gehen Sie zum Strand. Nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und GeschĂ€ften entfernt. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. 2 Strandabzeichen sind enthalten.

Wifi und Kabel sind von November bis MĂ€rz im Winter verfĂŒgbar. WĂ€hrend dieser Zeit ist kein WLAN verfĂŒgbar und das Kabel ist in der Grundversorgung enthalten. Eine tragbare Raumheizung sorgt fĂŒr eine zusĂ€tzliche Heizung im ersten Stock. Diese Eigenschaft ist in erster Linie ein Ferienhaus.

I took some of my daughters good friends for some days to LBI , they chose this place and it was the best! Melissa was so nice and helpful. Quick access to the beach and everything is walking distance. Will definitely come back!!Out door shower was so helpful !!!

Great location and a comfortable stay.

My husband and I had our baby moon here. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and responsiveness from owners. The apartment comfortably fits two people and we appreciated the mattress topper on the queen bed! Overall, comfortable and relaxing stay.

Perfect stay for my family of 4 . Steps to the beach , mini golf, bakery , etc. Draw straws with your party to see who gets the one bed . Too bad there was no waves because it’s a good break on 28th . Fishing is good , although I only caught dogfish. Lots of activities on LBI and this place is located in the center .

My family stayed at Melissa and David‘s apartment for a few nights this summer and had a a great stay! We have two young children and the apartment had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. A few steps to the beautiful beach and close to shops.

Great for single family trip

It's hard to find places to stay on the shore that aren't studios/hotel rooms or big houses meant for group trips. This place worked well for our family of 4, and can't beat it's proximity to the beach.

Perfect location

We stayed at this beautiful home with three of our kids for three nights. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, mini golf and great rental store. The house itself is very convenient. Great large kitchen, washer and dryer and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is a separate room with separate entrance that has sleeper sofa and private bathroom. Perfect for late night hangs when kids sleep upstairs. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely be back soon!

This was the perfect small place for three ladies to spend a wonderful end of summer few days at the beach - location couldn't have been easier to get to the beach and Melissa was super responsive! Worked well for a few friends, but would also be super convenient for a small family!

Amazing Vacation Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect vacation getaway. It’s located on a beach street so its a quick walk to the ocean. Prime location with plenty of local shops, mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream. The house is clean, air conditioned, and with an outdoor shower etc., and felt safe and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a ton to say--the property is nice, well-maintained, and comfortably slept four (two adults, two kids 10 and under). It's a block from the beach, so the location is perfect. The owners were communicative and friendly. I would stay there again.

I was looking for a last min getaway much needed beach trip for my family and I and this trip exceeded our expectations! The owners were always avail for communication and open and helpful
 they were so courteous and although there was an issue with the air in the rental they let us stay on their main property which was beautiful just as beautiful as the rental
 and then they extended the checkout for the “inconvenience” wow
 the neighborhood was beautiful it was steps from the beach and beautiful shops. We couldn’t ask for more my only regret was not staying longer but we plan to make this a regular vacation go to stay at this specific place our experience was so wonderful.â˜ș

LBI/Ship Bottom few steps from everything

Perfect little condo for my Wife and I. About a 5 minute walk from our door to when we were sitting on the beach. David and Melissa were very helpful and had great communication when we had any questions. Definitely recommend it!
