• Midtown / Lower Manhattan .. ~35 to 45 minutes via Light Rail + PATH
• Newark Liberty International (EWR) .. ~10 minutes by car

• FREE parking for 2 cars in a private gated driveway (a few houses down, under a 1-minute walk)
• The driveway gate has a combination padlock .. spin to the code in your welcome guide, park, and re-lock behind you
• Free street parking on the surrounding blocks for additional cars
• A major World Cup advantage .. parking is banned at MetLife

• Your personal door codes and full digital welcome guide arrive at 11:00 AM on your check-in day

• 🚽 Please flush only toilet paper
• 🅿️ Re-lock the driveway gate padlock on your way out so the next guests have access

⚠️ A few things to keep in mind..
- Smoking anywhere on the property (including inside, on porches, or at the front entrance) is a $1,000 fine.. smoking is permitted only in the backyard or at least 25 feet from the building.
- Bayonne enforces noise ordinance violations after quiet hours (10:00 PM weekdays / 11:00 PM weekends).. fines are passed through to the guest per house rules.
- All trash bags must go inside the bins designated for this property.. bags left on the ground or placed in neighboring properties` cans can result in city fines and pest extermination costs that are passed through to the guest.

These rules exist because we work hard to be good neighbors in Bayonne.. thanks for understanding.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM weekdays | 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM weekends. We`re in a residential neighborhood with families nearby—please be considerate.

No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.

No parties or events. Maximum 15 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.

No pets.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Parking: Free street parking on wide residential street—room for 2-3 vehicles. DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.
