“We love hosting well‑behaved pets and know they’re part of the family. Up to 3 pets are welcome with a $75 per pet, per stay fee, which helps us keep the home and grounds pet‑friendly for everyone. Booking sites do not collect this fee. You can leave it on the counter at check out or, we can arrange a venmo or in some cases we can bill your card on file. Please let us know the number of pets when you book. Emotional support animals are not service animals under ADA and will be charged the pet fee. See House Rules for full pet guidelines.”

PineyWoods House is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, nature-focused experience. If you are looking for a larger luxury home designed for indoor entertaining, one of our sister properties (RiverHouse, RiversEdge, RiverNook, or Harmony House) may be a better fit.



While 2-night stays are available, most guests wish they had stayed longer. We recommend booking 3 nights or more to fully enjoy the property—and discounted rates for 3 nights plus apply automatically.



We live nearby on the property but respect your privacy. You may see us occasionally outdoors.

Guest access

Guests have access to PineyWoods House as well as the forest on our property. We do live next door but respect your privacy! You may see us coming and going from time to time or working in the yard. Just say howdy and we will introduce ourselves.



Other things to note

The occupancy listed is the max occupancy this property can accommodate. If you intend to host any event, celebration or other function, you will need to disclose this to us in advance and obtain approval, including an agreement to all additional fees and terms.



We strongly advise trip insurance to cover your booking and will provide any documentation you may need to facilitate your claim. Our cancelation policy will be adhered to at all times during your reservation. If you do cancel outside of our policy, we will do our best to rebook the property and will send you any funds we collect to offset your losses less a 20% rebooking fee. These funds may be less than you originally paid.
