Sorry to say, the Glass Light in Norfolk is not it. The woman at the desk during checkin was unfriendly and when she assigned us to a second floor room, I asked the chances for one on a higher floor. She immediately got defensive and said the other rooms were not clean yet. When I asked if they would be ready ...

„I cannot tell you how scary this place was. Literally, there were drug dealers and addicts swarming the campus from the time I checked in, to 1 am when I returned from my business engagement. If I were you, I would not list this hotel on your site. I had to step over addicts passed out on the steps and was being watched by multiple people, not guests, whenever I got into and out of my vehicle. It was mortifying. “
