„Great location, only 15 minute drive to Stowe, and close to all amenities. House was very cozy and welcoming, very clean with new appliances. Decor was lovely. Host was quick to respond to our questions and most helpful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us Linda!“

„This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. „This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. „Although the weather did not really cooperate (rained for the first 2 days), we still found the home cozy, peaceful and and the area serene. A beautiful location right on the lake. We go once a year with our four wheelers to northern Vermont and this was a great riding area. Lots of trails with stops along the way (Parker Pies, Bakersfield, Morgan Store). Jim and his wife were there when we arrived. Very nice people. Would recommend to hikers, ATV'ers, and just folks who want to get away. PS. ...

„The cabin itself was lovely the views breathtaking just a couple of hiccups really. We had a 4 Hour drive to get to the cottage which we got to a few minutes early before check-in before four. So we left and came back at four housekeeping was still there. My husband asked how long they would be. They said about a half an hour, so we sat in our car for half an hour. Once again, the cottage is lovely but the screened in porch area. The screens many of them are completely loose blowing in the wind. ...

"Der Manager vor Ort war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war genau so wie auf den Bildern, aber ich fand einige Ecken etwas unschön. Spinnweben in den Ecken, ein Lüfter lag rum, dazu muss ich aber auch sagen, das wir nur ein paar Stunden vor Eintreffen reserviert/gebucht hatten - trotzdem hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht. Das Bad war okay sauber, aber an einigen Stellen etwas zusammen gebastelt, Isolierband am Duschvorhang o.ä. Frühstück war gut, Bagels, Kaffee und Snacks ausreichend, um nicht noch irgendwo extra frühstücken zu gehen. Das Internet war schrecklich langsam und quasi unbrauchbar, was nervig war, da es keinen Empfang vor Ort gab und wir somit morgens erstmal losfahren mussten, bis wir Empfang hatten, um die weitere Route zu planen. Alles in allem kann ich es aber weiter empfehlen. "
