The cabin boasts a spacious kitchen with a large center island and a propane gas stove, providing all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. Whether you`re preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a cozy dinner, this kitchen is designed to be the functional and social heart of the home.

Step outside onto the expansive wraparound porch, where you can breathe in the crisp mountain air and enjoy complete seclusion. This property is a hidden gem where no other houses are visible from the porch or the interior, offering total privacy. From your front-row seat on the deck, you can experience the unique magic of the North Conway Scenic Railroad as the historic train passes right by the property. Designed with large groups in mind, this home is perfect for two families sharing a getaway or a group of responsible adults. With parking for four cars and plenty of room to roam, it serves as the ultimate basecamp for White Mountain excursions.

Four well-appointed bedrooms provide ample room for up to 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children only).

Bedroom 1: A primary suite with a King-sized bed and private TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.

Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin-sized bunk beds. (Please note that top bunks are for children only - not suitable for adults)

Bedroom 4: A cozy room with one Full-sized bed.

Two full bathrooms—including one with a bathtub for a relaxing soak—ensure convenience and comfort for your entire mountain escape.

Guests will have private use of the entire house.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Please make sure all dogs are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation.
Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home and leave it in the entry way or on the front porch.
The back yard is not fenced in.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.
The maximum occupancy for this house is 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children only). The top bunk is for children only.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Window units in the bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
