This newly constructed home is bathed in sunlight and adorned with tasteful, modern mountain decor. Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain and minutes from attractions like Storyland, North Conway Village, Cranmore Mountain, and Shopping Outlets, it offers a prime location.

Nestled on a private end lot, revel in the tranquil sounds of a nearby stream and savor private mountain views from the covered porch. The setting is serene and picturesque throughout all seasons.

Additionally, the Conway Railroad passes by at a comfortable distance to the rear of the home, providing a delightful experience for the kids as they enjoy hearing and seeing the train pass by slowly.

MAIN LEVEL
The first floor unveils a welcoming great room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room—a perfect setting for your group to gather and enjoy shared moments. Whether you're cozying up by the fireplace or stepping out onto the covered porch, this sun-filled room offers enchanting forest and mountain views. The ambiance is particularly magical during winter snowstorms, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

Whether you're watching a movie, engaging in lively competition with full-sized arcade games and foosball, or enjoying a variety of board games, there's no shortage of entertainment. Additionally, a separate kids' playroom awaits with toys and seat cushions designed for fort-building adventures. From adults to kids of all ages, there's an abundance of activities to enjoy.

- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags are all provided for you.
- Coffee/Tea: 2 drip coffee packets, a handful of k-cups, sugar and creamer are provided to get you started. Please bring your favorite coffee or k-cups.

SPORTS CLUB AMENITIES
This home includes access to Attitash Sport Club (1 minute drive). Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness room, game room, hiking trails, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, tennis and pickle ball courts (clay and hard surface), playgrounds, and more! Please follow the sports club rules as noted in our welcome book at the property.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- No street parking
- Parking limited to 5 cars
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
