Apartment was clean and we felt very safe in this building. One suggested improvement would be to eliminate the 3rd party billing and simply allow a renter to click "confirm" button and they are done. „Der Check-in und Check-out war problemlos und schnell, auch außerhalb der regulären Zeiten. Das Personal spricht perfekt Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war soweit in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Hier und da besteht aber sicherlich auch Renovierungsbedarf. Die Kochecke kann nicht richtig genutzt werden da es doch an Geschirr und anderen Utensilien fehlt. Die Klimaanlage ist auch etwas laut.
