Outdoors, you have full use of the private hot tub, fire pit lounge area, volleyball court, BBQ grill, and all outdoor furniture.



Parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles. All spaces and amenities shown in the listing are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces.

Hot Tub Instructions



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.



Maintenance

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.



Enjoy and relax responsibly!



The hot tub is professionally maintained and inspected after every stay. Please shower before use and do not enter with sand, oils, lotions, food, or beverages. A $350 restoration fee applies for misuse or contamination requiring extra servicing.







Pool Table & Game Room: For use by all guests. Please return equipment to its proper place after use.



Parking: [7] vehicles can park on the property. Please do not block the driveway or street.



Noise: This is a residential neighborhood — please be mindful of noise levels after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.



House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.



Pets: Allowed / Not allowed — Speak with Host prior to reservation.
