Wir sind jetzt seit 1 Monat unterwegs mit unserem Motorrad. Fast jede Nacht in einem anderen Hotel. Ich gebe normalerweise keine Bewertungen ab, aber dieses Hotel war perfekt der Preis, die Herzlichkeit, als wir ca 10 oo pm ankamen das saubere und geräumige Zimmer und alles hat funktioniert. Schade daß manche Häuser unprofessionell geführt werden. Sehr Sehr Sehr zu empfehlen.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen! The beds were so nasty. Hair on the pillows and yellow stains all over the sheets. Would not keep my dog here! Arrived walked in and stayed long enough to get another hotel in order!

Hey Jessica, in regards to your 1 out of 5 review, it is normally not customary for a guest to stay in a room for 45 minutes to an hour, lay down in the beds, and then figure out they want a refund. Upon checking the room after you left I found both beds had been slept in, the bathroom had been used, etc. The other 29 rooms that are full every evening would have a difference of opinion. Have a great day! PS....Pillows have a tendency to have hair on them AFTER you lay down and use it for an hour....

the property is advertised as non-smoking, but smokers' receptacles right in front of the room doors with extended-stay guests puffing away. the photos show the kitchenette, my room has none. my 'non-smoking' room 210 has a very strong cigarette smell. when i complained to the front desk (the owner), he offered to have it cleaned again, however he told Expedia reprentative that he also offered me a refund. dude's lying through his teeth. the 'white' towels are brown and feel greasy, YUK. i felt all the 'white' towels, they are all very un-sanatized. i checked out after an hour, since i can't stand the cigarette smell. i didn't ask for a refund which i thought Expedia can handle it because they mis-represent the property information, well ... no luck there. if you are a weedhead and a 'cancer club' member, this property is right for you.

Good Morning Dat and thanks for the review...I am sorry that you felt your experience here was not up to par and I will do everything in my power to make the necessary changes...With that being said, the room you were in, 210, is a non-smoking room. There are smoking rooms around 210 and the ashtrays you are referring to are OUTSIDE for the guests in the non smoking rooms to use so they don't SMOKE in the room. We offered several options to you but you said that you were just bringing it to our attention so you wouldn't get charged for smoking in the room. Normally, when a guest has an issue with the room they don't take a shower, eat take out Chinese food, and lay down on the bed, but here we are...I'm sorry that you felt the towels you USED were brown and felt greasy....I promise you we take pride in cleaning and sanitizing everything at this hotel. Next time you have an issue in the room, I suggest you bring it to our attention immediately and not five hours later after a warm hot shower, take out food and a nap....Have a wonderful day DAT..... :)

They gave me the wrong room type for 1 room and it was a smoking room, smelled like a giant ashtray. The other room was very dirty, including the bed sheets. I went to the office to address the issues and they said that’s all they had available. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to get it through Expedia. When Expedia contacted the property, they refused the refund. However, Expedia did refund me anyway. They never apologized or asked how they could help. It was 10:30pm and I had 4 kids with me on a cross country road trip. The owner then lied on Google reviews about me. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a hotel before.

Well Hey Jackie, Once again I am sorry that you felt our property did not fit your needs. As I stated on Google reviews, The room was nice enough to sleep in and take a shower so it was accommodating to some extent. As I previously stated, it is not customary in the hotel industry to refund money after a room has been used. Thank You for going the extra mile for two reviews. Safe travels going "cross country" :)

Great spot
The front desk lady was very sweet when I called and made sure it was okay I was coming late. The front desk guy when I got there was friendly and check in was easy. We booked this motel for traveling purposes but we were not expecting a beautiful view of the Autum leaves and woods. We loved the state park that was 2 miles down the road.

The room was clean overall nice there was no room service that cleaned and I did not put out no do not disturb .got a lot of people hanging out out side drinking I think they live there a lot of Mary Jane smoking not a place for kids it's good for price maybe one are two nights max.

No-nonsense, comfortable, and roomy - well priced!
This no-nonsense reasonably priced room was very roomy and the bed was great! We didn't stay long as it was a stop along our way, but everyone is very kind and like home and family!

Don’t ask for towels
The room was large and comfortable. I did not have the room cleaned the first night and when I went down to ask for extra towels they did not make it easy. My niece stayed at the hotel as well and they had 3 people in their room. The hotel would only give them 2 towels even though it was a room they could sleep 4. I have never stayed some where that I had to beg for clean towels.

Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff has been trained to not go in a room with a do not disturb tag on the door, but I believed once the complain was logged, we did service the room everyday, even with the tag on the door.

The location was great, the property was nice, and the exterior was beautiful. Like most all of the other hotels in the area, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The blanket was tattered with ink stains on it and should have been thrown out forever ago. The towels were the smallest towels I’d seen in a hotel. There was a bug in the shower and on the ceiling. The lamp shad was dirty, and the walls could use a cleaning and coat of paint. I asked for a single room with one bed, I got a double room where they removed a second bed and left the headboard attached to the wall. The room served its purpose for the 2 nights I needed it, but needs some work.

This place it’s the worse place to stay it’s not clean we ask for a nonsmoking room and the room smell so bad everything was bad the bed sheets and pillow also smell so bad that we couldn’t sleep , we stay because we had no choice we had an event so early and that was the closes place to be at , but next I rather drive more miles , but we are not staying there 😠😠😠😠

Room was dirty and outdated
We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke and there were burn holes in the bedspread and on refrigerator door. The room was dirty, old dirty carpet, torn lampshades, stains on walls and doors. The only good things were the location being quiet and the air conditioner cooled the room well.

The staff was great during check in. The room, not so much. The bathtub was filthy. I showered in water shoes. The rest of the bathroom was not as bad as the tub itself, but still not very clean. The rest of the room was ok, but I am pretty sure we were sleeping on box springs and not actual mattresses, and the pillows were flat. As we were leaving, we found that someone disposed of bait fish in the parking lot. The smell was atrocious.
