A Charming little apartment in the heart of Example and a few steps from the famous Plaza España.

The modern kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped. You will find the essential elements to cook and take your meals, cocktails, during your stay. From this space you have access to a bedroom with a large double bed and a wardrobe.

The living room, separated from the kitchen area, includes a Smart TV and a sofa. This room opens onto a balcony.

The bathroom with shower and separate WC are at the entrance of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Apartment equipped with air conditioning in the living room.





The Plaza España area is an ideal area in Barcelona for several reasons. The first, you are in a dynamic area with a shopping center right next to and within walking distance of Montjuic hill and one of the biggest museums in Barcelona. You can enjoy the magic fountain show. If you come for business, you are right next to the Fira which organizes some of the most important congresses in Europe.



-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.





Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.



Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
