Summary:
The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this comfortable 3-bedroom unit located next to Plaza Tetuan and Plaza Catalonia! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances.

The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro Plaza Tetuan and Metro Urquinaona (Purple Line L2 & Red Line L1).

The Space:
This 112 m2 modern and bright flat in a newly renovated building located next to Paseo de San Juan and Plaza de Tetuan. The lounge and dining area is airy and offers all the comfort you dream for your stay in Barcelona. A comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a sunny gallery in which a relaxing chair will invite you to read a book in front of the large bow window. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, boiler, dishwasher.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:
Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.

Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Girona (Line 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5€.

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***

- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.

- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Barcelona. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, fast alles in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und mehrere U-Bahn Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hell und schön groß, bequeme Betten. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten leicht verbessert werden, so war kein Abtrockentuch vorhanden und nur 1 Spülmaschinentab. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert leider nicht richtig. Es gibt keinen Besen, die Dusche hält nicht in der Halterung, der Fön hat keinen passenden Stecker, für die Nachttischlampe gibt es keine erreichbare Steckdose, ein Wasserhahn im kleinen Bad tropft. Alles nicht wirklich schlimm, aber bei dem Preis eigentlich zu erwarten. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt.

Communication with owner to arrange access, 10am arrival by ship left us without a way to store luggage until 5PM checkin. Many calls to the local management was worthless. The need for a European smart phone and special app to access both the outer and suite was not disclosed in the booking site. We did not, thats a problem.

First, the communication was seemless. Everything they said they would do, they did! Extremely helpful and their service put my mind at ease from the beginning. The location was perfect. We could walk to dining, the Sagrada La Familia, Discord, excellent shopping, and near public transportation for anywhere else we wanted to go. Highly recommend!! to go

Great place to stay. Very spacious, great view of the street and an impeccable location (multiple metro stops close buy and Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera all within short walking distance). Even our friends who live in Barcelona were impressed by the size, location and street views. Apartment owner was always very quick to respond, even on weekends at odd hours (we had our initial flight cancelled and got in at a much later time than originally planned). Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona

Loved this place! The place was clean and comfortable. The windows made for great people watching. The area could not have been more perfect....an empanada store, markets, restaurants, pharmacies all within one block! The apartment is about 4-5 blocks from the fancy stores and the hop-on/hop-off bus stops. Would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I had a fabulous 25-day visit at this light-filled, spacious property in the convenient and beautiful Eixample neighborhood. Everything one could possibly wish to acquire is within easy walking distance, and for longer excursions, there are two subway stops within a 2-block radius: Girona and Verdaguer. We were able to live a luxurious urban lifestyle and to enjoy this well-run, diverse, prosperous city, as well as to entertain some overnight guests in good style. The beds are very comfortable, and we were pleased to have a full kitchen and laundry. The nearby streets are lively, yet there is no problem sleeping. The Collection Barcelona was amazingly available and responsive from the time we booked until the day we left, dealing with everything from schedule changes to minor repairs (same day!), and even suggesting the fabulous Terrace Tapas chef experience. We could have used a cutting board, potholders, sharper knives, and a non-Teflon skillet, but we were able to come up with workarounds. We strongly recommend this property and the Collection! We would stay here again in a minute.

We stayed in this property when vacationing in Barcelona this summer. The location is perfect! Steps away from cafe's, markets, restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from the Segrada Familia and close to city center. The check in was very easy (once we figured out how to use the code/open the doors) and the property management team was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and was just like the pictures. Would definitely book the apartment again for a future trips.

We loved this apartment in Central Barcelona! Our 2 young adult sons along with my wife and I were visiting our daughter who is working in Barcelona. The location was perfect, a quick walk to a couple metro stations, with several grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and other shops a quick walk away. The beautiful bay window is literally a window into the soul of such a great city. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat!

I have never written a review, but in this case, it is called for. The property is not as depicted. In the picture, the front room has a tan-colored couch that appears to be comfortable and accommodating for its guests. That couch is nowhere to be found in this apartment. Instead, I was surprised to see a dark blue, relatively small, hard, and stained couch. Moving to the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with a bed in each one. Whoever is the unlucky person to have a bedroom on the street side, one word, Unacceptable? I would go as far as to use the word “Hazardous”. The mattress springs pop and screech. I speculate that two large people jumped up and down on it countless times, breaking its intended function. Even worse, the mattress could be several decades old. Once the mattress was lifted it became apparent the metal frame was damaged, broken, and then welded back together, bent, and crooked. I made a call within the first 24 hours to the property management group as soon as the issue was apparent. On day one, the response was it was a weekend (Saturday) so the issue wouldn’t be addressed. On day two, the response was it was still a weekend, and on day three, well that was a holiday observed in Spain. After three days, 13 emails, videos, and photos the property management group stopped responding, and the issue was never resolved. This shows true intent to the character of the individuals involved with this property.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful location. I enjoyed having the big windows to watch the activity outside. The owner is super helpful but we really had no issues that needed addressing. It is nice having 3 larger beds to accommodate my adult sons. All in all we are very happy we stayed here.
