Overall, the apartment was okay, but there were a few issues that affected our stay.
The biggest disappointment was that the booking listing advertised the property as sleeping 4 people, and the photos showed what appeared to be two beds. Only after booking did we discover that the second sleeping space was actually a sofa bed, which was not clearly advertised.
The bathroom was very small, and the shower was awkward to get in and out of. The air conditioning also didn't work properly for the first two nights, making the apartment very warm and humid. On one evening, there was a power cut that left us in complete darkness for a few hours. We also experienced an issue with the keyless entry system, which left me stranded outside the property at 1am for around 30 minutes before I could get back in.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, just a short walk from La Rambla and close to everything you need. The keyless entry system was convenient when working correctly, and the online support team was responsive and easy to contact whenever assistance was needed.
Overall, the location and support were good, but the issues with the accommodation itself made the stay less comfortable than expected.
