Reception hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, store luggage, and collect keys if arriving early

Outside Reception Hours: Self-check-in available anytime from 3:00 PM. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions. Afterward, you will receive codes and instructions for the building and key locker.
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building, located next to Hot Jazz. Full details will be sent after booking.

Check-out by 11:00 AM — remove trash, leave keys inside, and close the door securely

Check-in at 11:00 will only be possible when the apartment has not been vacated the same day.
