The apartment was very up to date. Clean, spacious, and modern. The area was great and close to Metro and Bus. Management was extremely responsive. Liked the cleaning service and the changing of towels. That was unexpected but very much appreciated. I only have a few negatives: the mattress was very uncomfortable for all of us. There was no extra blankets either. However, I asked and they brought more bedding so that was appreciated. The sofa sleeper is also very uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great stay! And very reasonable. I would recommend EnjoyBCN again and hope to stay with them again.

호텔 주변이 깨끗하고 환경이 좋으며 버스 지하철 이용도 모두 편합니다 숙소 모든 것들이 깔끔하며 불편함을 느낄수 없었습니다 다만 체크인시 연락을 주도록 되어있는 시스템이 다소 불편하게 느껴져서 예약확정이 체크인 관련 이메일이 자동 발송될 수 있도록 개선된다면 완벽할 것 같습니다

We had a great stay but we have a few recommendations to make. It would be nice if you supplied your guests with coffee as most places we stayed did supply it. It would be a nice touch and something very easy to do. The apartment can be quite noisy as you hear everyone coming and going. The person who helped us with any issues we had was great. Ivanov responded right away to any questions we had and one night when the courtyard was very noisy, he did his best to try and make it better ( it was unfortunately beyond his control). The beds were very comfortable and we liked the location.

Super séjour
L'appartement est très bien situé, il est spacieux et très bien équipé. La piscine est parfaite après une journée dans Barcelone. Deux salles de bains avec toilettes, cuisine équipée ouverte, machine à laver et sèche linge à disposition. Juste 2 points à revoir : Le matelas du canapé lit est trop fin et Il manque un sèchoir à linge.

Very conveniently located luxurious oasis
It's one of the more upscale hotels (rather apartment) I ever visited. The apartment is spaceous, clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated. The pool was great to relax after a hot day, but often also occupied by other guests. The apartment is very well situated for excursions by foot or metre (a station is just next door). You must arrive well prepared, because the entrance is not easy to find, especially the parking garage. I'd come again (budget permitting)

I was left waiting for the keys to be handed in as they were not available when I got there. Had to call them and was charged an international call cost. This is the last think you need when you arrive to destination at 23.30. Luckily we had family staying in the same building so the kids could rest there while waiting for the keys to arrive. The following day we had agreed to have the second set of keys delivered by 10 am as my husband and I were going separate ways for the day and we did it want to wait for each other To access the appartement. They keys were delivered at 12 pm. We were already out by that time and as you can imagine our plans had to be changed. Not sure what went wrong with them but I hope this is an isolated incident. I would like to be compensated for this ordeal and to be offered a refund of some sort which will also cover the cost of my call to them as this could have been avoided had they done their job in the first place Looking forward to their reply Regards Malika

Dear Malika, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience with the key and if we did not exceed your expectations. We made a mistake informing you that we will deliver the key at 10:00am as we had to create a new one as our last guests lost it. Anyway we would have been able to use the safebox at the entrance of the building to leave the key so you did not to wait for anyone and feel free to discover our beautiful city.
