I am looking to rent my apartment this winter break from December 14th to January 7th possible flexible dates. The price would be 1,512€ for the 23 days with everything included. I have two cats and the idea would be for them to stay at home while it is rented.
Beautiful and modern furnished apartment of 53 m2 distributed in living room, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, toilet, balcony and renovated electric kitchen. One of the rooms is an office. It is equipped with all appliances and amenities: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, nespresso, WiFi, smart TV and microwave. The apartment has central air conditioning and wood floors. I live in this apartment so it has everything, towels, sheets, etc.
The property underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation in 2019 and has an elevator. It is located on a quiet street, and the apartment is on the inside of the block so there is no noise from the city. Close to all services, shops and establishments. Very close to the Plaça de Center metro station (L3) and bus stops.
Options: €20 per day to use my electric motorcycle that is in a nearby parking lot, €45 per week cleaning service. I will buy everything for the cats so you wouldn't have any additional expenses for them.
