Good Time in Barcelona

The entrance to the apartment was narrow and some nights were pretty noisy: garbage collection, wine bar. Overall a very good stay.

Great neighbourhood

This is a great space and neighbourhood. We walked everywhere. Close to lots of cafes, stores, markets, and wine bars. Only downside is that it is over a wine bar so if you are an early-to-bed person, it will be noisy.

Wonderful week in Barcelona

Very cozy and clean place and sympathetic neighbourhood! We read some reviews about the noise but honestly, for us, it was not something to complaint. Music was good and when windows are closed (AC on), it was pretty silent. It is a company managed apartment so don’t expect any stuff remained by other renters (oil, salt, washing machine soap, etc. ) Augustina was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would be back at this place if we have to come back to Barcelona.

Emplacement idéal

Séjour parfait. L'appart est très agréable et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Seuls petits bémols: La cafetière à dosettes introuvables dans le commerce L'appartement est situé juste au dessus d'un bar à vin, très agréable, mais comme tout bar, bruyant: prévoir des boules quies Enfin, la carte des bars et restaus n'est plus à jour; notamment la taverna del glop dans les top 10; un véritable piège à touriste!

Enjoyed our stay but…

This was a clean, cute, convenient little apartment, just right for the two of us. David did a good job checking us in and gave great advice on places to eat. unfortunately were not shown how to double lock the doors and use of the alarm was not stressed. Hours after we arrived we went to a local place for dinner. On arriving back we found money and jewelry had been stolen from the apartment. David and Alfonso were helpful when we reported this but there was little to do about it. Someone was apparently watching the rental and popped the lock while we were out. The owner should invest in a safe. We had no further problems since we double locked the doors and set the alarm.

Barcelona Neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at this Gracia apartment. It is close to the Eixample sites and also walkable to the Barrio Goti sites and nicely appointed with everything you need for a short stay. The managment company was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our few questions. We appreciated the washing machine since we had already been traveling for 10 days before reaching Barcelona! There is a lively wine bar below the apartment which adds to the evening atmosphere but didn't keep us awake once we have shut the doors for the evening even on a holiday weekend and the mornings were quiet and peaceful. There are nice food shops and bakeries nearby and a grocery store a few steps away if you want to cook in and lovely tapa bars and restaurants if not.

Vacation

Great location and property. Barcelona is a fantastic city with a superb transit system. Gracia has a small town feel with narrow streets, dotted with cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Gracia sits in the middle of the city with walking and metro providing suitable alternatives. Highly recommend the location.

Fantastic Location!

Centrally located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Barcelona. Note that there is a wine bar patio outside/below your living room balcony so that space can’t be enjoyed or the door left opened at night - unless you’re ok with smoke and noise from downstairs. Mornings out there were lovely! We didn’t have an issue since the AC unit was on the whole time, but people didn’t leave that space until 3 each morning. Just something yo kept in mind if you will have people sleeping on the pull out couch. Overall, it was great.
