*Temporary Notice – Renovation Work in the Building*



Starting in November 2026, renovation work is scheduled in two apartments within the building.



As these works are independently managed, we do not have a detailed schedule. Some noise may occasionally occur during working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). No work is scheduled on weekends. Our rates already take into account the possibility of some disturbance related to these works.

Situated on the ground floor, this modern apartment has two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two simple beds) and one full bathroom. It can accommodate 4 persons. The living room extends into a fully equipped kitchen with a ceiling made of glass to let some natural light come in.
