Dear Nial, thank you very much for your opinion and for valuing the staff. I have reviewed every point of your opinion. During your stay the air conditioning is not yet on, only the heating is working, when you turned on the thermostat you were giving hot air, (If you had asked here, we would have explained it to you). I don't see any complaints about cleaning during your stay, it is something that can be checked and solved immediately. I am afraid you didn't like the location as we are placed in one of the most searched area of the city beside one of the metro stations where you can reach everywhere in the city! We have a filtered water machine in the hall for free and 24 hours staff at the reception desk who you can ask for anything you need. Breakfast is served from 08:00-10:30 in the bar or garden where you can stay there longer if you wish. We look forward to host you here in the future to fullfil your expecations. Best regards
