Dear Julie, Thank you for taking your time to write a review. Unfortunately, during your stay the Gas boiler ran out of pressure, this happens very rarely, but it unfortunately did during your stay. As soon as the issue was raised with us and there was a technician available, someone came over and fixed it. To add to that we have compensated you for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We indeed provide no kettle in the apartment. There is much cal in the water in Barcelona and as guests tend to fill the kettle with tap water, kettles tend to break very quickly. You can heat up water using the boost option on the stove, it heats up water just as quickly if not quicker. We will revise the shower curtain in detail concerning your comment about it.
