Die Lage war für mich sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war klasse. Und es gab sogar ein Gym und Spa. Der Transfer zum Flughafen war pünktlich und kostenfrei. Alles bestens.

Nicht zu empfehlen
1h45min auf Shuttle gewartet. Endlich im Hotel angekommen, befanden sich ca 50 Menschen in Lobby zum einchecken. (Teilnehmer einer Schiffsreise). Nach 1h in Schlange waren keine Zi mehr verfuegbar und musste 1 weitere h warten.
An der Rezeption war ausgeschrieben, dass an diesem Tag von 8:00 bis 20:00 Uhr kein Wasser verfuegbar ist und nur etwas im Waschbecken laufen wuerde, was aber nicht trinkbar ist. Schoen ... und der naechste Automat auf meiner Etage "out of service"!!! Mit Sicherheit nicht noch einmal!!!

Worst 4 star hotel in Europe!
The pool and "SPA" are terrible!
Cold water in the pool!
No hot-tub!
Showers do not have hot water
Not really clean
VERY smelly and unusually strong and stinking chlorine! You can hardly breathe...no way to get fresh air...
No bathrooms - you have to walk to the gym for that in your wet barhing suit!
They charge 9 EUR entrance fee for hotel guest
The pictures look nice the reality is not that nice everything is run down!
And the real kicker is:
You have to wear a SHOWER-CAP at all times when in the area - unbelievable!
They charge you 2 EUR for it too!
This whole thing feels like 1917 and not like 2017!
I recommend stay away from this hotel - not even close to 4 stars!

war ok- leider keine Minibar und keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
Hatte Probleme mein Fahrrad im Airport- Shuttlebus mitzunehmen. Nach einigem Hin und Her und Abnehmen des Vorderrades hat es dann doch geklappt.
Shopping Mall nebenan. Sonst nichts sehenswertes. Aber praktisch, wenn man nur weiterfliegen will.
Frühstück ist zu empfehlen!

Smell of perfume covers the smell of sewage in certain areas. Our washroom on 4th floor has a vent in the floor emitting sewage smell. Washroom garbage bin was not emptied. Elevator garbage bins overflowing. Breakfast - lots, just average. Hotel is in a mall setting. Limited food around hotel.

The hotel was renovating so it was uncomfortable specially in the bathrooms because it lacked a hanger for the towels.
The staff was nice and attentive, they have a nice patio, and was close to public transportation. Breakfast was good.
I would recommend going after a few months when is fully renovated.

The woman Sara did not want to acknowledge me when I approached the desk, stated check in is 2 or 3 pm, would not even take information, however anyone who spoke her language she checked in. I waited an hour and another woman checked me right in, but gave me a room that was very far to walk with luggage. The restaurant was excellent and the food eas amazing.

Poor service not one member of staff smiles.
Judith at checkin had a face like she'd just had root canal surgery. No thankyou for choosing or welcome.
Restaurant service poor waited 45 mins for check food less than average
Bar service 15mins for a drink
No tea coffee facilities
Went down to restaurant to get a cup of coffee lines at 2 fancy coffee machines waited 20 mins.
Noisy doors banging and people next door snoring.
Serious staff training needed and invest in more coffee machines.
Bus was full to airport so had to get taxi to pick car rental. Why not put another bus on hotel is full.
MY ADVICE IS AVOID
I USUALLY STAY AT BAH
Barcelona airport hotel none of these issues.
It wad so bad i checked out and came to BAH for my second night.

I picked this hotel because it has 24 complimentary shuttle to the airport. What is an added bonus for this hotel is that it is nest to a shopping mall so there was somewhere to go rather than just sitting in the room. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the room was hot. Apparently the heating and cooling is the same hotel wide and with it being spring hotel was still set on heat. We were able to open a window and get the room cooled down.

The shuttle times are not frequent enough. The staff at check in were less than helpful. The room was small and quite basic which is fine (minus the lack of water bottles or conditioner). The dinner menu/offer was deceiving however the bar staff were kind and helpful. Outdoor area was nice. Spa was nice but quite busy and dirty. sleep was difficult as our room was right above the bar and the hallways carry sounds right into the room.

Convenient for passengers catching early flights
Near airport with scheduled airport transfer. That may be the main reason passengers choose here.
The facilities are OK. Sanitation well maintained.
The shuttle bus driver left the pickup points at the airport terminals about 5 to 10 minutes earlier than published schedule. That may be frustrating for those who try to catch the shuttle at the last minute.

Airport overnight
Lovely hotel although looked a bit sketchy as we arrived at 1am!
Room was nice but found the long pillows uncomfortable and the curtains let the daylight in, so woke early.
The shower was great but the doors are see through (silhouette) but sharing with my teenage son!!!
Breakfast was superb, staff were helpful and lovely.
Free airport transport or €20 by taxi if arriving late. No restaurants/bars around area that I saw.
