Sie wurden exklusiv ausgewählt, um das Meisterwerk des modernistischen Architekten Antoni Gaudi, La Sagrada Familia, zu bewundern, denn wir haben ohne Zweifel die erstaunlichsten Aussichten in der ganzen Stadt. Unsere zentral gelegenen Luxuswohnungen sind vom katalanischen Tourismusbüro lizenziert und komplett ausgestattet: hochwertige Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und alles, was Sie in der Küche brauchen. AA, Heizung, Free WiFi Internet und SAT TV. Wir sind Artur und Joana. Wir wohnen im selben Gebäude und stehen Ihnen mit Reiseinformationen und den besten Tipps zur Seite. Mit einem Empfang sind wir sehr flexibel. Minivan-Shuttle in 20 Minuten vom / zum Flughafen.
Alle Wohnungen haben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Balkonen und ein 20 m2 großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Balkonen, die zur Hauptfassade der Kathedrale zeigen. Viel, viel Tageslicht in der ganzen Wohnung! Die riesige Terrasse (125 m²) ist nur ein Traum für Sonnenanbeter und Bewunderer der großartigen Aussicht. Spanisches Frühstück, beste Tapas und Abendessen angeboten. traumhafte Lage des Appartements mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia

Ein sehr helle, gut gelegene und saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung, einzig die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft. Zudem ist die Wohnung bei FeWo-direkt so beschrieben, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir aber feststellen, dass der Eigentümer des Appartements keine Haustiere erlaubt. Zum Glück wurde dann mit unserem Hund eine Ausnahme gemacht. Dieser Punkt müsste unbedingt geklärt werden.

Gemütliche Wohnung an Top-Lage

Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie und haben eine Wohnung im 4. Stock gemietet. Da es keinen Lift hat, war das tägliche Treppenlaufen etwas mühsam. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie war sauber, relativ ruhig (angesichts der zentralen Lage) und bot einen angemessenen Komfort. Vor allem aber ist die Lage bei der Sagrada Familia inkl. Top-Aussicht sensationell! Arturo und sein Team sind zudem gute Gastgeber und gaben uns gerne Tipps und Ratschläge.

Sagrada Familia direkt vorm Fenster - Treppen lohnen sich

Wir waren in 4. Stock, ohne Aufzug war es etwas anstrengend, aber es lohnt sich. Unvergleichbar, toller Blick. Das Service team war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pick up & Bring-service von / bis Flughafen 85 € war vielleicht etwas teuer, aber der Fahrer waren stets pünktlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen!

Pictures do not do the location justice

This is literally stationed in the front yard to La Sagrada Família. No other location has this great of a location or view. Good grief. Would highly recommend based on location alone! Owner was friendly and he also owns the restaurant downstairs. Can’t beat this place. One of the best finds ever!

What a view!

We had a wonderful stay right in front of the Sagrada Familia. You are right in the thick of things there. It was comfortable for our family of 5….although we did need the couch to pull out into a bed so we lost some space there. The check in was super easy and everything was explained very well. They were very helpful in getting us a van on our departure. The restaurants steps from the front door are delicious!!!!

We loved staying here! Having a view 24/7 of the most beautiful Sagrada Familia at all hours of the day was truly breathtaking…. Comfy beds and nice bright cheerful large apartment! What an amazing view

Wow! The view is as advertised and even better at night. We were on the third floor and incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff who hauled our bags all the way up! We were a bit sad the washing machine didn’t work as we had counted on our Barcelona stop to do some laundry and while there was the offer to use the machine on the first floor we did not feel that would work well at the end of the night. Would highly recommend this VRBO in Barcelona, Arturo the owner and the other staff are very responsive and helpful amd the view and location could not be better!

My husband, a friend and I, all around 70 stayed here for 4 nights. It's a nice apartment, and a great location. The view of the Sagrada Familia is wonderful. We got tickets to go in first thing in the morning when the light is incredible and it isn't too crowded. It's a long climb (5 more flights) to the rooftop, but it's a great view from there as well.

Great location

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed both the location and easy access to everything as well as the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and exactly as described in the photos. There were an abundance of great restaurants to eat at and the metro station was a very short walk that allowed for easy access. It is a very busy part of the city, and the view of La Sagrada is fabulous, if you are not used to a bustling city, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Would stay here again!

ONE BLOCK FROM SAGRADA FAMILIA, BIG VIEW OF THE CATHEDRAL FROM TWO DOUBLE PATIO DOORS. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE HOP ON HOP OFF BLUE LINE. My word the view is worth the stay alone

Great spot central location with easy access to the sites of the city with the major one right out your back window. Comfortable space with easy check in. Communication was always prompt with owner and the space is as presented in the ad. View from the suite and roof top are spectacular.

Wonderful location and comfortable apartment

The location could not be better--just across from the Sagrada Familia but perfectly quiet. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The shower was a nice size with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We couldn't be in the apartment for the manager to explain how to use the washing machine, so management did a load for free--washed, dried, folded and delivered to the apartment! We would stay again.

Excellent flat in a fabulous location!

The apartment is directly opposite the Sagrada Famillia Basilica. The view from the apartment is great but go to the roof terrace and it’s stunning. Great location to explore Barcelona. Close to the Metro and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Apartment was very clean with two good sized bedrooms. Sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. 60 steps up to the apartment but was not too bad. Stay would have been even better if there was maybe the option of a welcome pack with coffee, water etc. We arrived after midnight and although there was a supermarket nearby we were too tired to venture out. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing View / Location

This location is amazing and convenient to anywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right there. The windows overlook the park and the amazing LA Familia. We got the roundtrip pick up from/to airport, prompt service with friendly staff. There is metro (very clean) on either side of the church so just a block away. Groceries/Farmicia across the street. Apt is very clean and has everything you need. Roof top terrace is great day or night. There are alot of steps! But worth it.
