room and some bedrooms, and a TV, ensuring comfort throughout your
stay.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave,
oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker,
toaster, and kettle, allowing you to prepare your meals easily.

Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;

- Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.
-Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine).
