Ferienwohnung in Barcelona nur 150m von der la Sagrada Familia und Nahe dem Hospital de San Pau, in Mitten des Eixample-Viertels gelegen.
Alle Dienstaleisungen in der Nähe(Läden, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars) und sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, nur 150m von der Metrostation "Sagrada Familia" (L5 und L2) und nur 15 Minuten mit der Metro bis zur Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia und Ciutat Vella.

Wir waren zum fünf. Das Apartment ist richtig groß - 2 Badezimmer (eine mit Badewanne und die andere mir Duscheck). Die Lage ist einfach Top. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

Great location, clean and loved the view on the patio and for those two reasons we would stay againCommunication prior was slow to respond via vrbo, after check in we moved to whats app and much quicker. We also couldn't connect to app to get into apartment but after 45min of trying and no response on vrbo we called and they helped right away.Washer was broken but they had someone fix it. Air by bedrooms wasn’t working and had someone fix that but didn't improve. Pack your own dishwasher pellets, laundry detergent, hair conditioner, salt, pepper, etc

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment just steps away from the Sagrada Família! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of everything. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a lovely view of the neighborhood and Sagrada Familia.The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and gave us great local tips for restaurants and sights. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona

Great location

We stayed 3 nights in Barcelona end of June. It was VERY hot while we were there. Location is very convenient, short walk to the metro and to the Sagrada Familia, as well as many really good eating options. Biggest downside was there is not an air conditioning unit in each bedroom. It never got cooler than 80 degrees at night, and the one AC that was located in the area of the bedrooms was not particularly strong. There are two fans that we used at night which helped some.

Perfect location / spacious apartment

We were in Barcelona for only 2 days, this apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and to metro stations. Great restaurants nearby. The property manager made it easy to check in early, allowing us to drop off our luggage before heading out for the day. Apartment was clean and spacious.

5 Star Spacious Apartment with Great View

This was a beautiful apartment. From the balcony view of the Sagra Familia to the spacious living room and bedrooms, to all the restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance, this had everything I was looking for in an apartment for a short stay. Also, the host was attentive and followed up promptly with any questions I had. Unfortunately, staying here was not a great experience. Overall, the apartment is fine. However, there was no AC in the bedrooms, only in the common areas. As we were anticipating the weather being very hot while we were in Barcelona, which it was, we specifically wanted to book a place with AC so that we would be able to sleep and be comfortable generally. The heat was stifling in the bedrooms, so two people in our family slept on the sofas in the common areas, while the rest of us sweated through the nights in the bedrooms. (One of the bedrooms had a fan sitting on a shelf, which helped some, but the other bedrooms did not have any fans.) The other big problem was that on our first day, one of the toilets leaked, rendering it unusable. I messaged the property manager, who responded that they would "try" to send someone to fix it, but they never did and they stopped responding to my messages. So for our stay, we had only one toilet for five people to use. In the other bathroom, the shower drain didn't work properly and overflowed all over the floor, so we weren't able to use that shower either. As mentioned, the property manager stopped responding to my messages and never provided us with the apartment's WiFi information, despite multiple requests, so even though there was WiFi, we weren't able to access it. The location was decent - steps from Sagrada Familia and close to many restaurants and coffee/gelato shops, but not much else. Overall, would not recommend staying here.

Great Family Apartment

We were a family of three adults, 2 teens and a child staying in Barcelona for 4 nights. The bedroom spaces were perfect for us. There was lots of storage and places for our clothes & things. The living spaces were great, with plenty of room for us to be together and separate. My husband & I had to do some work and the WiFi worked well for us. The apartment is a short 2 blocks to a metro and there are lots of great food & shops within a block or two. We felt completely safe, even late at night. The balcony view of Sagrada Familia was fantastic!

The property is quite big and has a nice veranda. It had 2 washrooms, however, we only used 1 washroom for showering because the other one flooded the floor the first time it was used. Generally, it’s a nice apartment. The place is a walking distance to Sagrada Familia and restaurants. I would have given this rating a five if we didn’t have the washroom problem, and if the owner has given us the instructions a day before in advance how to access the apartment (I messaged 2 days before arrival about the info.). Apparently, they messaged me the information the day of arrival, but I didn’t see it until the evening, which made me nervous. Thankfully, the cleaner was still there and was able to let us in.

Great place to stay!

This apartment is wonderful! All the comforts you need including air conditioning and lots of space. It's a block away from La Sagrada Familia and in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and wonderful coffee and pastry shops. It's quiet but close to all the action! Clean, attentive host, everything you would want in your stay! Also, the elevator works great! Thanks for a lovely stay...

Great Location & Great Place

Booked this apartment for 6 people. All were able to sleep comfortably and was great how the beds were single beds for most to have their own bed. There was also a pull out couch which gives an extra space for guests. The place was right next to Sagrada Familia and a great view from the balcony. There were cafe's, market's and bike rentals all within 3 to 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very comminicative and we spoke over WhatsApp. Great place.
