„The front desk clerk was extremely professional and yet very friendly. I am recovering from an intense surgery to my right hand and arm. He was so kind to help me lift the heavy items out of my vehicle. He refused the tip I offered but I insisted! The room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the awful Dove hygiene products. Please consider using something that isn't full of perfumes and chemicals. “

„I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming. It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music. “

„Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Beim genaueren hinsehen merkt man jedoch das es in manchen Punkten in die Jahre gekommen ist. Steckdosen sind nicht mehr richtig in der Wand verankert, Stecker halten nicht mehr richtig, Tapeten in den Räumen lösen sich ab und und und. Für den Preis pro Nacht sind meiner Meinung nach zu viele Mängel vorhanden.
