The apartment is well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and plenty of light due to its corner position. The living room boasts a piano and a large TV with Chromecast, and the balcony provides seating for two people. The dining room has a table for four and another piano.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a dining area for 3-4 people, along with a washing machine and space to dry clothes on the small terrace. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and one with a twin bed. All bedrooms have closet space for clothes and luggage.



There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and one with a walk-in shower. Parking is available in the underground garage on the adjacent square or in the surrounding streets.

- Security Deposit: On the day of arrival, we will hold a security deposit on the provided credit card. This deposit will be fully released after your stay, provided no damages or violations of the agreed terms are detected.

- Tourist Taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of 1,- per guest above 16 years old for the first 7 nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.

Situated on Plaça de les Rodes, one of the two main squares in the town, the apartment is in the center of Banyoles. It's only a few minutes' walk to the lake, Plaça Major (main square), and the old town. You'll find shops and restaurants within walking distance, and there is a large underground parking garage. The square itself has some bars and a playground, and every Wednesday morning, there is a market.
