The Seven Devils Town Park, also one mile from the property, features basketball, tennis, pickleball, and a playground. If you're interested in live music, Grandfather Winery is only six minutes down the road. For outdoor adventures, Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is less than three miles away, offering year-round activities for the whole family. Additionally, a short fifteen-minute drive will take you to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort or the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Grandfather Mountain, home to the Grandfather Mountain Nature Park and the Mile-High Swinging Bridge, is just twenty minutes away.

Devil's Advocate is a spacious home with ample room for everyone in your party to either relax in privacy or come together. The main-level great room boasts high vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, creating an inviting space for family bonding. Comfortable power-reclining sofas surround a wood-burning stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings with your favorite show after a day of skiing or hiking. The lower-level entertainment room promises fun for guests of all ages, complete with shuffleboard and darts for your next family game night. An HDTV is also available for watching the big game or enjoying a popcorn-filled movie night. The dining room accommodates six at the table and three more at the pass-through bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Step outside to the back deck, which features outdoor seating and a fire pit—ideal for roasting marshmallows. You can also unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the cool mountain air.

This three-level home can comfortably host twelve guests across four bedrooms and a bonus den on the top floor. The main-floor primary bedroom comes with a king bed, TV, and workspace. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanities and a step-in shower. Another main-floor bedroom features a king bed, TV, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The top floor has a queen bedroom with a TV, plus a bonus den with a queen bed and a lounging area with a TV. The top floor also has a full bathroom. A fifth sleeping area on the bottom level has a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. YouTube TV is available, providing live TV for guests to enjoy. Two dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please note that the house has a steep paved driveway; guests can park one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway, with a level gravel area available for additional parking. We highly recommend all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD), along with tire chains for winter travelers.
